No. Fact is, the credit bureaus only have a certain amount of time to respond with proof that your bad credit items belong to you.
When they fail that test the item is deleted. It is the law. They simply can not keep up with us.

When they sense that, they run you around the block and then some.
Charge Offs: 6 Months and older take 60-90 days, sometimes 28-34 days
Judgments: 6 Months and older take 60-90 days, sometimes 28-34 days
Collections: 80% Within 28-40 days
Late Payments: Depends how old they are. 6-12 Months old will take 60-90 days
Repo: Older than 2 years takes 90 days
Inquiries: Newer 120-138 days old will take 30-35 days
